1. Your ( user / advertiser ) Responsibilities

The description you supply is true and accurate and not misleading. home2u.com.my does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.

1.2
You will pay the full advert fee before the advertisement will be published.

1.3
You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs used in the advertisement. home2u.com.my will not be held liable for breach of copyright.

1.4
If you have a contract with an Estate Agent, you have independently checked your contract with regards to the terms and conditions that you must pay the Estate Agents commission. If later it is found that you are legally bound to pay the Estate Agents commission, home2u.com.my will not be liable.

1.5
Only one property or one project may appear in each advertisement.

1.6
You will set your own selling price or rental price.

1.7
You will arrange and conduct viewings for the advertised property.

1.8
You will inform home2u.com.my by email to sold@home2u.com.my once the advertised property is sold or rented.

1.9
If you have selected the FREE service, the property advertised is a private advertisement and not for business.

2. home2u.com.my Responsibility

2.1
Services that fall under the until property sold and property let will be reviewed after a month has passed from the date the service was purchased. After which home2u.com.my will have the right to discontinue the advertisement.

2.2
We will, to the best of our efforts, ensure that the home2u.com.my web site is available at all times. We reserve the right to take the site offline without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades.

3. Refunds

3.1
You may cancel your property advertisement by informing home2u.com.my in writing an email to admin@home2u.com.my within 24 hours of placing the advertisement.

3.2
No refund will be made after 24 hours or after you have received an enquiry in your account, whichever is first.

3.3
Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the value of advertising fee received.

3.4
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. Changes to Advertiser Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Advertiser Terms and conditions without prior notice to you. If we change the Advertiser Terms and Conditions, it will be posted to the web site and become effective at the time of posting.
